Boasting the capability of two advanced centerless grinders, we are equipped to process parts ranging from a delicate .175" to a robust 4.260" in diameter, with lengths extending up to 12". Additionally, we pride ourselves on our flexibility and versatility, readily accommodating small production runs, even with sizes as diminutive as .120". Parts That Can Be Centerless Ground
We grind shafts, pins, bolts, liners, and housings. We centerless parts with shoulders, and shoulders with undercuts. We grind many different types of materials, including hardened steels, stainless, brass, aluminum and many composites. Depending on hardness and material we have the ability to get smooth surface finishes as low as 4 micro.
